Sentio has an excellent track record in commercial real estate advisory since 2007. During these years we have sold numerous properties as well as represented clients on the buy-side. Due to our long-term market presence and comprehensive network, we are able to help real estate owners as well as investors to successfully close deals and we provide them with advisory services throughout the transaction process.
We provide advisory service on transactions in all commercial real estate property classes (incl. retail, office, hotels, industrial, logistics, and warehouses). While we are primarily focused on commercial real estate, Sentio also provides advisory services to residential real estate development projects. We think out of the box and try to come up with the hidden potential and implement the best value-adding solutions for these properties.
We provide full sell-side transaction advisory services:
- Consulting before the sales process;
- Compiling sales materials;
- Mapping the potential buyers;
- Organizing and coordination of the sales process;
- Arranging meetings with interested parties and representing the client in the negotiations;
- Coordination of Vendor Due diligence, if required;
- Support with closing the transaction.
We also represent real estate investors on the buy-side:
- Mapping suitable real estate objects according to the interest of the investor;
- Strategic advisory and representation of the buyer in the negotiation;
- Carrying out relevant business and financial analysis;
- Coordination of Technical Due Diligence;
- If requested, providing services to raise additional capital or obtain external financing (incl. negotiation with banks).
