Advised Semetron AS shareholders on their sale of the company to a strategic investor, UP Invest AS, which belongs to Magnum Corporation. Semetron AS is focused on developing medical technical solutions, selling, servicing and repairing medical equipment, and selling disposables. Magnum, active in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, is a pharmaceutical company focused on selling human drugs, veterinary drugs and dental products. The activities of other Magnum business lines are concentrated under UP Invest AS.
