Sentio OÜ represented Sagro AS shareholders in selling the company to private investors. Sagro AS, established in 1992, is a grower of quality local potatoes and other vegetables and stores them for year-round offering. Sagro AS has two subsidiaries: Sagro Food AS and Sagro Elekter OÜ. Sagro AS grows fresh vegetables and Sagro Food AS processes vegetables into different products. The produce is sold through Sagro AS. Sagro Elekter OÜ is providing electricity network services and electricity maintenance.
