Sentio OÜ represented the EM-SERV AS majority shareholder in selling his shares to a private investor. EM-SERV AS (established in 1997) is an authorized distributor in Estonia of several world-renowned manufacturers of earthmoving and material handling equipment, including LIEBHERR, MECALAC and EURORAM-ROCKMASTER.
