Semetron AS is a Pan-Baltic medical equipment seller and service provider. Andres was responsible for the investment closing process (including writing an investment memorandum, financial analysis and valuation work), monitoring the investment (business and strategy development, ABC-costing, budgeting and work at Supervisory Board level) and exiting the investment.
